A
High Margin (38%+) Your most profitable bikes. Prioritise acquiring more of these.
B
Mid Margin (28-38%) Solid performers with healthy returns.
C
Low Margin (<28%) Consider adjusting buy prices or avoiding these models.

Velocity Class (X/Y/Z)

X
Fast Seller (<15 days) High demand items. Less margin acceptable due to quick turnover.
Y
Normal (15-45 days) Standard turnover rate for most inventory.
Z
Slow Seller (45+ days) May need price reduction or extra marketing effort.
